Information We Collect
Cravify collects information that you choose to provide directly, including your name, email address, creator handles, platform details, and follower range when you join the waitlist, create an account, complete your profile, or submit a creator application.
If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides account information used to authenticate you and create your Cravify profile. This may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. Cravify does not receive your Google password.
We may also collect basic technical data when you use the website or app, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages, and general interaction data generated through cookies or similar technologies.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate and improve the website and app, authenticate accounts, communicate with interested users, and prepare for product launch activities.
- Manage the consumer waitlist and creator application process.
- Create, authenticate, and maintain Cravify accounts and profiles.
- Respond to inquiries and send product, launch, or partnership updates.
- Measure performance and understand how visitors and users interact with Cravify.
- Protect against misuse, fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
How We Share Information
Cravify does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website or app, authenticate accounts, store account data, or process submissions, including Supabase, Google, form processing vendors, and website hosting vendors.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or financing event.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain active accounts, manage our waitlist, evaluate creator applications, communicate about Cravify, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted to Cravify. You may also opt out of marketing-style emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us directly.
If you want your Cravify account, waitlist entry, creator application, or associated personal information removed, contact us using the email in the Contact section below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The website and app are not directed to children under 13, and Cravify does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
